Join Suncore as a skilled Screed Operator responsible for the safe and efficient placement of hot mix asphalt and operation of paving equipment. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Place hot mix asphalt using a variety of paving equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections.
- Set up pavers and screeds for diverse project needs.
- Assist paving foremen and operators with job layout.
- Rake, shovel, and maintain equipment as required.
- Contribute to a team-oriented work environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Experience operating pavers and screeds for hot mix asphalt placement.
- Familiarity with automatic grade control systems.
- Understanding of asphalt paving procedures.
- Strong safety awareness, teamwork skills, and work ethic.
