We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support US Pipelines and Midstream Terminal operations. This role is responsible for converting approved work into fully planned, executable work packages that enable safe, reliable, and efficient field execution across geographically dispersed assets. The role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Integrity, Maintenance Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce execution risk, improve schedule credibility, and ensure work is fully ready prior to field execution.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience in maintenance planning or work management within pipeline, midstream, refining, or industrial operations
Trade certificate, technical diploma, or engineering degree (or related technical discipline)
Strong understanding of pipeline and/or fixedplant mechanical asset classes, with experience planning and sequencing work in regulated, safetycritical environments, including labor estimation and execution planning
Experience supporting integrity programs, regulatory maintenance, and Management of Change (MOC) activities
Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; experience with Fieldglass is considered an asset
Familiarity with contractor coordination, service provider qualification, and execution support

Responsibilities:Develop detailed maintenance plans for P2 to P5 (Per CMPT) corrective, preventive, integrity, and regulatory work across pipeline and terminal assets
Define job scopes, task sequencing, labor estimates, materials, tools, permits, and contractor requirements
Ensure work packages are fully planned and executable before release to scheduling
Plan and manage work orders using SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Identify and coordinate material and service provider requirements to support execution readiness
Visit work sites as required to understand tasklevel risks and develop safe execution work packages
Develop and maintain and continuously improve job plans and task lists, through analysis of previous work order history, soliciting planning feedback, performing workplace observations, and field walk downs
plan Inline inspections (ILI), rightofway (ROW), and other pipeline maintenance activities as required

Location: You will work out of our Cheyenne District Office, 1700 Cutler Rd #1, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States, or Commerce City Business Center
Hours of work are a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to field locations as required.
