Client Support Manager (CSM)

Position Overview
Suncoast Trim Clinic is seeking a highly professional and service-driven Client Support Manager (CSM) to serve as the first line of communication and support for our clients. This role is central to delivering a premium, concierge-level experience across both live and asynchronous client interactions.
The CSM supports clients throughout their onboarding journey and ongoing engagement with the platform, ensuring a seamless, informed, and supportive experience. This position requires strong ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to confidently guide clients while maintaining clear boundaries between support services and medical care provided by independently licensed healthcare providers.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, messaging, and telehealth platforms
- Manage a high volume of live (real-time) and asynchronous (text/email/portal) interactions with professionalism and efficiency
- Answer incoming calls promptly and maintain consistent availability during scheduled hours
- Provide clear, accurate, and supportive responses without unnecessary escalation
Onboarding & Client Guidance
- Guide clients through the clinic onboarding process, including account setup, intake completion, and next steps
- Provide lifestyle guidance and general program education within approved scope (non-clinical)
- Ensure clients understand the structure of the platform, including the role of independent providers
Social Media & Client Education Support
- Participate in occasional social media engagement on official clinic channels (e.g., comments, DMs, short-form video, or live sessions)
- Support client onboarding, education, and lifestyle guidance through approved content and interactions
- Maintain a professional, brand-aligned presence consistent with clinic standards
- Ensure all communication remains non-clinical, directing medical questions to licensed providers when appropriate
Operational Ownership
- Take initiative in resolving client concerns and own issues through to completion
- Act as a dependable first line of support rather than defaulting or deferring unnecessarily
- Escalate appropriately when clinical or provider-level input is required
Professional Presence
- Maintain a video-ready presence during working hours, including professional attire and environment
- Represent the brand with a polished, friendly, and confident demeanor in all interactions
- Uphold a high standard of communication, tone, and responsiveness
Team Collaboration & Growth

Qualifications
- Previous experience in client support, customer success, or concierge-style service roles (telehealth or healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- High level of accountability, reliability, and professionalism
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Comfort with video communication and remote work expectations
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly

Suncoast Trim Clinic is a telehealth facilitation platform. The Client Support Manager does not provide medical advice or make clinical decisions. All medical evaluations, diagnoses, and prescribing are performed by independently licensed healthcare providers. The CSM’s role is to support coordination, communication, and client experience.

Pay: $25.07 - $30.19 per hour
