We seek a friendly, professional, and highly skilled Escrow Officer/Closing Agent who is passionate about delivering an outstanding closing experience. Prior experience in title closings is required, and a Title Agent license (or the ability to obtain one) is necessary for consideration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the closing process from start to finish
- Conduct lien searches and clear title issues
- Prepare title documents, settlement statements, and Closing Disclosures
- Balance files, disburse funds, and finalize transactions
- Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys
- Assist with business development and strengthening client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Title Closing Agent or Escrow Officer (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of title processing and closing procedures
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellent service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience
