Suncoast is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Support candidate to join our team in a remote/hybrid capacity. As a key member of our charter school staff, you will play a crucial role in various office duties, including data management, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs, and providing general administrative support. This position involves collaborative work with the team, performing essential tasks in compliance, records management, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at organizing, directing, and performing varied and complex clerical and secretarial work with a commitment to confidentiality and sensitivity. This role provides the flexibility of remote/hybrid work, allowing you to play a vital role in supporting the organization's objectives.
Requirements / Qualifications
~ High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus ~ Previous experience in an office support or administrative role ~ Previous experience working in a school or educational setting preferred ~ Working knowledge of technology platforms, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Forms, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) ~ Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining clear communication and accountability
