Suncoast Elite Ventures is growing our event marketing team across the Fort Lauderdale area and looking for passionate, people-first individuals to join us as Charity Fundraising Representatives on behalf of the Breast Cancer Awareness Society. You'll be the face of this incredible cause at pop-up events and retail locations throughout Fort Lauderdale — connecting directly with the public, sharing the foundation's mission, and inspiring community members to get involved and donate.

Who You'll Be Representing
Breast Cancer Awareness Society You'll serve as a direct ambassador for this powerful cause at live pop-up events and in-store activations across the Fort Lauderdale area — raising awareness, acquiring donors, and helping fund research and support programs that save lives. Every shift you work directly supports the mission.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a fully in-person, face-to-face pop-up fundraising role. You'll be set up at retail locations and community pop-up events across Fort Lauderdale, engaging directly with members of the public on behalf of the Breast Cancer Awareness Society. Day to day, that includes:
- Representing the Breast Cancer Awareness Society at pop-up fundraising booths and retail activations across the Fort Lauderdale area
- Engaging members of the public face-to-face — starting genuine conversations, sharing the foundation's mission and programs, and inspiring people to donate or sign up for recurring giving
- Clearly and confidently answering questions about the Breast Cancer Awareness Society's work, impact, and how donations are used
- Supporting donor acquisition during campaigns and working alongside your team to hit weekly fundraising targets
- Setting up, managing, and breaking down pop-up event displays and fundraising materials at assigned locations
- Tracking donor interactions, sign-ups, and campaign results accurately every shift
- Maintaining a professional, enthusiastic, and mission-focused presence at every event — you are the face of the cause
What We're Looking For
- A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys talking with new people face-to-face
- Self-motivated with a positive, coachable, and team-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-your-feet pop-up event environment — both indoors and outdoors
- Reliable and available for a consistent full-time schedule including some weekends as events require
- Valid driver's license required
- Background in sales, retail, fundraising, or hospitality is a plus — never a dealbreaker
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- $800–$1,200 per week ( $14 per hour) base pay, paid every single week — guaranteed weekly earnings, not commission-only

How pay works: The $800–$1,200 weekly range reflects base guaranteed earnings for full-time hours. Additional performance bonuses are available on top of base pay. This is not a commission-only role.
Work Location This is a fully in-person, pop-up field role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You'll be working at pop-up fundraising events, retail locations, and community activations across the greater Fort Lauderdale area. Locations vary by campaign and week. No remote or work-from-home options are available — this role is built for people who thrive face-to-face in the community.
