Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced nurses to join our team in a correctional facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to the incarcerated population while maintaining a safe and secure environment. This position requires the ability to work three shifts a week, including rotating weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in [SC].
- Previous experience in a correctional or similar healthcare setting preferred
