Job Summary
Field Supervisor – Telecommunications (Paducah, KY)
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee telecommunications construction projects in the Paducah, KY area. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in underground telecom operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise field crews on underground conduit installation and fiber pulling
- Coordinate directional drilling operations
- Read and interpret telecommunications blueprints
- Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project completion
Qualifications:
- Telecommunications industry experience required
- Experience with directional drilling and underground fiber installation
- Ability to read telecom plans/blueprints
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
