Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Sarasota, FL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters with supervision as necessary. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, developing case strategies, and representing clients in court, arbitrations, or mediations. Collaboration with colleagues and maintaining strong client relationships will also be key.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in delivering effective legal advice and guidance
- Proficiency in conducting legal research to support cases
- Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in business or civil litigation is a plus
