What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant position at Suncoast Car Wash?
The lot attendant / cleaner is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property and keeping the vacuum areas clean. Interaction with customers is an essential part of this job.
Summary:
Keeps the car wash exterior, vacuums, trash areas, and grounds spotless while supporting customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of vacuum area, garbage, grounds, and equipment
- Wipe down vacuums, hoses, canisters, mats, and islands
- Assist customers with vacuums or questions
- Perform light cleaning around tunnel exits, parking, and equipment rooms
- Support basic maintenance tasks as directed
- Able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Able to stand for 4 consecutive hours
- Be punctual, responsible and accountable
- General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities
- Machinery and equipment cleaning.
- Assists customers and other team members as needed to efficiently process car washes.
Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
