Seeking RESIDENT COMPANY PERFORMER; Suncoast Broadway
PERFORMING
Join our Resident Company and spend the season performing in multiple professional productions while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative dinner theatre environment. Resident Company members receive consistent employment, housing, and diverse performance opportunities throughout the season.
Resident Company members will perform throughout our 2026–2027 season, including:
-Pretty Woman (Aug. 30–Oct. 17, 2026) ROLE: Giulio (Hotel butler)
-Dear Evan Hansen (Oct. 4–Nov. 15, 2026) ROLE: Jared
-A Christmas Carol (Nov.8–Dec. 24, 2026) ROLE: Featured Role
-Ain't Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations (Dec. 2, 2026–Feb. 21,2027) ROLE: Tech support & smaller ensemble role
-Les Misérables (Feb. 14–April 11, 2027) ROLE: Featured Student
-Heartbreak Hotel (April 4–May 29, 2027) ROLE: Ensemble
Performers may also be assigned understudy and supporting roles throughout the season.

-Saturday Matinee & Evening
-Sunday Matinee
(Additional performances may be added during holiday periods.)
FOOD & BEVERAGE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a dinner theatre, all Resident Company members assist with guest service during performances. Rotating duties may include:
-Serving (4–5 shifts/week; average tips of $125 per shift)
-Hosting/Guest Relations
-Bar Assistant (average tips of $25 per shift)
COMPENSATION
-$600/week salary
-Additional tipped income
-Average weekly earnings: $800–$1,000
HOUSING
Company housing provided, including:
-Private bedroom
-Shared common areas and bathroom
-Utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, and central A/C included
-Located approximately 15 minutes from the theatre
BENEFITS
-Consistent weekly pay throughout the season
-5–6 professional production credits
-Understudy and role opportunities

-Potential earnings of $1,000 per week

**Please note: This is a full-season Resident Company contract. Applicants must be available and able to commit to the entire season, including all productions and related responsibilities.
