Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theatre is seeking dynamic vocalist with strong vocal technique, excellent storytelling abilities, and great stage presence for our upcoming production of Ain't Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations

CONTRACT TYPE: Non-Equity

SEEKING THE ROLE OF: EDDIE

• Eddie: Male, Black, 20s-30s

• Vocal Range: Bb2 – G5 (High falsetto / Motown tenor)

• Character Profile: Friends with Paul since elementary school, Eddie created most of the group’s vocal arrangements and served as wardrobe manager. Outspoken, stylish, and charismatic.

DATES & SCHEDULE

• Rehearsals Start: December 27, 2026

• Tech Starts: January 10, 2027

• Opening: January 15, 2027

• Closing: February 21, 2027

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Weekly Performance Pay: $600/week

• Benefits: Fully furnished housing (private bedroom with shared common areas), Wi-Fi, utilities, travel stipend, access to shared company cars, meals provided on show days, and the Florida sunshine!
