About Us
We specialize in coastal Southwest Florida work — new construction commercial and residential projects, adaptive expansions, Velocity Zone and Coastal AE Zone design, and the permitting and technical demands of building in coastal environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Develop creative, buildable solutions for coastal conditions
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and permit packages
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and resolve field challenges
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project communication
- Ensure compliance with codes and coastal construction standards
What You Bring
- Registered Architect (FL preferred or ability to obtain)
- 5 years of experience; coastal/waterfront experience a plus
- Strong design, detailing, and technical documentation skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and professional rendering software
- Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with clients and contractors
- Hands‑on, solutions‑driven mindset
Schedule
Full‑time or ¾‑time (0.75 FTE) availability required.
