The Site Director is a part of the management structure and is responsible for the overall day to day operation, administration and evaluation of the program as well as the general welfare of the members and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality delive1y of all program and services.
- Foster clinical environment that is consistent with SCH's mission and culture.
- May have to provide direct service to patients, functioning as the Treatment Coordinator- caseloads to be assigned by Clinical Therapy Director based on need.
- Oversee facilitation of psychoeducational and process groups.
- Provide crisis management.
- Monitor office area and replenish supplies.
- Complete monthly environment of care walk-throughs.
- Complete weekly chart audits.
- Attend and participate in monthly QAPI meetings.
- Prepare and assess staffing schedules and call off coverage, including holiday coverage.
- Monitor and keep track of SCH online client census daily.
- Work with commercial insurance companies to secure benefits for services as needed.
- Meet regularly with clinical leadership, including but not limited to providing the Clinical Director with accurate and tin1ely information on topics and issues related to the operation of the program and well-being of its patients.
- Assists with tasks as assigned, including but not limited to representing the agency at meetings, conferences, conducting research supervising students, orienting and training new staff.
- Performs and participates in crisis intervention when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD or PhD licensure.
- Proven experience understanding and demonstrated ability to generate revenues for clinical services.
- Experience with commercial insurance billing.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records Management.
- Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families.
- Program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially using Outlook, Word, Excel and customized database.
- Ability to work in and adapt the culture of a multi-cultural, community-based organization.
- Understanding of SCH’s mission and culture and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with staff and clients in all circumstances.
- Employment contingent on background check, CANTS and all other applicable. requirements as required by law to include DASA and Joint Commission.
