The agency specializes in providing skilled nursing and physical rehabilitation services to home bound elderly clients in their homes and in facilities.
We are seeking Registered Nurses for home health visits.
Part time and PRN positions are available for Registered Nurse: Home Health Care.
Job Duties of Registered Nurse: Home Health Care.
- - Admitting Clients
- - Providing Skilled nursing service
- - Coordinating care with main office
- - Communication with physician, office and other clinical staff
- - Supervision if needed
- - Providing screenings and assessments when needed
- - On call in rotation
- - Helping marketing staff if needed
Qualifications of Registered Nurse: Home Health Care.
- - Must be very well organized and have good customer service skills.
- - Must have good communication skills
- - No history of criminal conduct
- - Must have reliable automobile and auto insurance
- - Professional license in good standing
- - Must be familiar with Medicare guidelines and regulations for home health
- - Current TB, HEP and CPR
- - Must be familiar with elderly rehab in community / home setting
- - Must be respectful to the needs of our elderly clients and their caregivers
- - Must have good computer skills.
Salary/ visit rate is negotiable based on work load, background and experience.
Job Type: Part Time / PRN, can be turned to full time for the right candidate.
