We are actively seeking a Private Equity Principal with lower middle market experience.
Our firm provides significant opportunities for team members to engage in sourcing and closing investments, collaborate directly with portfolio company management teams, and lead various firm initiatives.
Qualifying candidates should possess the following:
Professional Skills/Experience:
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to model complex operating scenarios and acquisition structures.
- Ability to perform detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints.
- 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank and/or consulting firm.
- 4-7 years of Private Equity experience, already at the Principal level, or about to be promoted.
Strong educational background, MBA a strong plus.
