What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal - Food Runner/Expo position at Suncadia?
Supports restaurant service staff by organizing food orders on a tray and delivering to specified tables as well as serving items to corresponding seat numbers. Position helps to insure guest satisfaction by expediting food orders to tables in a timely and organized manner to ensure food items are served hot and prepared to ticket specifications.

Responsibilities
- Organize food items on service tray and/or cart and deliver to table in a timely manner .
- Serve food items at guest table to corresponding seat numbers.
- Prep and stock necessary condiments.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
- Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss.
- Communicate with servers and bussers pertaining to guest needs.
- Inform server of potential issues with guests.
- Complete assigned side work. Side work is not optional and will be checked out by the manager-on-duty.
- Comply with all Suncadia policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current Washington state food handler permit required OR ability to obtain permit within 30-days of hire
- Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment
- Able to communicate well with team member and customers
- Knowledge of food and beverage products
