The Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep position works directly with the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.

- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware: Be knowledgeable about operating the dishwasher. Clear off trash and food debris from plates before putting them through the dishwasher.
- All metal kitchen pots, pans and utensils need to be scrubbed before putting them in the dishwasher
- Empty dish racks and put all dishes away. Dishes need to be completely clean and dry before they are put away.
- Cleaning: Ensure your workspace and all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
- All sinks need to be emptied and free of any food and scrubbed at the end of the shift.
- Assist kitchen staff to prep foods: When needed, Assist with ingredient preparation, (fresh cut fries, hand-made burgers, hand battered fish and chicken, etc.), stock condiments, and set-up workstations.
- Clear guest tables: Communicate with the servers, kitchen staff and bartenders about what dishes need to be collected.
- Use the provided tub to clear the dishes and wipe-off and sanitize the tables in a timely fashion.
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs.
- Support Serving & Kitchen staff. Assist with emptying the trash, sweeping/mopping, stocking and other duties as needed.
