Sunburst Truck Lines is a well-established transportation company specializing in intermodal container freight. We are looking for 2 organized, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Houston office.

What You’ll Do:
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and scheduling.
- Work closely with dispatch to ensure on-time service.
- Assist in resolving customer questions and service issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the operations team with additional administrative duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service, administrative, logistics, or transportation experience required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Base rate:
$21-$24/hourly depending on experience
