Position Description:
The Supply Chain Lead is responsible for supporting and optimizing inventory, distribution, and procurement functions across the organization. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and automation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution to enhance supply chain performance, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth.
Core Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Support day-to-day inventory, distribution, and procurement operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and alignment with business needs
Assist with including system execution, tracking, and reconciliation
Oversee and maintain label generation and printing workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
Identify opportunities for and implement process automation, reducing manual effort and increasing data integrity
Maintain and continuously improve existing systems, tools, and workflows related to supply chain operations
Analyze inventory levels, sell-through rates, and demand trends to support allocation and replenishment decisions
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across supply chain processes and proactively develop solutions
Partner cross-functionally with teams to align supply chain execution with company objectives
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and drive data-informed decisions
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems related to inventory and procurement
Assist with logistics planning and distribution strategies to optimize product flow across locations
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support training to ensure consistency and scalability
Act as a key resource for troubleshooting operational issues related to inventory, systems, and logistics
Experience: Typically requires 35 years in supply chain or logistics, with a strong preference for experience in highly regulated industries like cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage.
Education: A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of METRC, BioTrack, or other state-mandated tracking systems is often non-negotiable. Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Physical & Age Requirements
Age: Must be 21 years old.

Physical: Capable of working in warehouse/production environments, which may involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
