Responsibilities
- Perform solar panel cleaning using professional equipment to ensure maximum system efficiency
- Install bird proofing systems around solar panels, including mesh and exclusion materials
- Safely work on rooftops and ladders while following all company safety procedures
- Assist with roof and gutter clean-outs related to bird nesting and debris removal
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition
- Take before-and-after photos of completed work
- Follow job instructions and complete work according to Sunbros’ quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- You will get dirty
Experience
- Preferred but not required:
- Outdoor labor experience
- Roofing or construction experience
- Ladder work experience
- Solar, window cleaning, or pressure washing experience
- Ability to work in Arizona heat and outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights (roofs and ladders)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
