Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk role located in Homestead, FL. The Front Desk team member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing telephone communications, handling receptionist duties including patient check-ins and scheduling, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, ensuring a clean and welcoming reception area, and supporting internal administrative tasks as required. This position plays a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our patients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties, such as greeting patients, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Proven ability to provide compassionate Customer Service and effective Communication with patients, families, and co-workers.
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including working with electronic scheduling and healthcare systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service or medical administration are a plus.
