This full-time on-site role is based in Butuan and requires the expertise of a Private Duty Nurse. The selected candidate will provide direct patient care tailored to individual needs, including administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring patients’ conditions, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaboration with healthcare teams and maintaining accurate medical records are integral to this role. Ensuring the delivery of compassionate and professional care will be a key focus of the position.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles related to healthcare services and resource management.
- Experience in training and mentoring others or a willingness to develop these skills to ensure quality care delivery.
- Background in business development to help identify opportunities for improving care services is a plus.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, or equivalent qualifications, with current credentials.
- Experience in providing patient care in a home health or similar environment is preferred.
