About The Role
Sunbit is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance to lead key financial planning and reporting functions. This individual will own the consolidated corporate financial model, enhance financial discipline across the organization, and serve as a strategic business partner to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on our growing FP&A team—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable, best-in-class processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Forecasting: Lead monthly and quarterly financial consolidations across business units. Maintain a dynamic, driver-based corporate model and support scenario planning to guide strategic decisions.
- Planning & Execution: Oversee annual budgeting and long-range planning processes. Align planning cycles with corporate strategy while ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Executive & Investor Reporting: Create board decks, investor updates, and internal performance dashboards that combine precision with compelling financial storytelling.
- Business Partnering: Act as the strategic finance partner for G&A and Technology teams. Lead headcount planning, vendor forecasting, and capital efficiency initiatives.
- Systems & Tools Implementation: Champion the adoption of financial tools and automation to improve FP&A workflows and ensure data accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior finance team members, with potential for expanded responsibilities and team leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking
- Proven experience leading corporate FP&A in a high-growth, tech-forward environment (fintech or banking preferred)
- Strong understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills (Excel and FP&A tools)
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities with attention to detail and analytical rigor
