Description of Role
We are seeking an Analyst to join the Analytics team at Sunbit, supporting our Credit Card business unit. In this role, you will work closely with business function leaders, including those in Business Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Product, Credit Risk, and other R&D teams to develop data-driven solutions that advance business goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that strategic decisions are informed by data through proactive analysis, delivery of actionable insights, and continuous monitoring of portfolio KPIs and other key performance metrics.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and help shape the data strategy that drives Sunbit’s Credit Card business forward.
Requirements:
What You'll Own:
- Actively own and manage BI reports and help the business teams monitor broader portfolio and initiatives
- Support operational deployment and monitoring by building appropriate data pipelines and monitoring reports
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and hypothesis development using data
- Support business function leaders in planning, strategy development and operational management through data
- Measure and evaluate customer acquisition funnel and identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop A/B test designs to implement a robust test and learn strategy
- Perform ad-hoc analysis ranging from open exploratory data analysis to specific root cause analysis
- Liaison with data engineering and product teams to build sustainable and scalable data solutions to address business’ current and future needs
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of relevant analytical experience in financial services
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in quantitative fields like (Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc.)
- 2 years of working with and proficient in SQL and is excited about acquiring new technical skills
- 2 years working with and proficient in any of the major BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma
- 1 years of hands-on experience in using Python or R to solve analytical problems
- Good verbal & written communication, and presentation skills
- Passionate about solving real-world problems with data
- Has a growth mindset and takes proactive ownership
- Lives by the 80/20 principle and gets things done
