Key Responsibilities
- Deliver basic training sessions (virtual and in-person) using established materials and curricula
- Assist in creating and updating training materials, including documentation, presentations, and videos
- Support senior team members in organizing and preparing training sessions
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Gather participant feedback and report insights to improve training programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on product updates
- Participate in ongoing learning to build product and instructional knowledge
- 0–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a willingness to develop further
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn software systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
