Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Diploma from a certified school of radiologic technology
- BS or MS in Healthcare preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Experience in a Lead role preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Ultrasound Tech license required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform healthcare services using Ultrasound to aid diagnosis and treatment of disease
- Complete ultrasound procedures, creating images for Radiologist interpretation
- Maintain accurate, compliant records as required by regulatory/accreditation agencies
- Conduct equipment quality control procedures and promptly report deficiencies to supervisor
