This role places you within a high-acuity NICU setting, where you’ll deliver and coordinate care for neonates facing life-threatening conditions, consistent with Level III or IV American Academy of Pediatrics standards. You’ll supervise nursing teams and coordinate with various healthcare professionals, putting your critical thinking, independent judgment, and leadership abilities to the test. Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum one year of experience in a Level III/IV NICU
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Strong skills in neonatal assessment, monitoring, and family-centered care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
