Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license in Ohio (or compact license)
- 2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other cardiovascular procedures
- Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
- Assist physicians and cath lab technologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
- Deliver patient education and support for pre- and post-procedure care
