Desired Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Radiologic Technologist licensure
- ARRT certification (R)
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of clinical X-ray/rad tech experience
- Proficiency with GE OEC C-arms, especially within surgical settings
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to emergent situations and care for a broad range of patient ages
Key Duties:
- Deliver precise radiation therapy and perform diagnostic imaging (X-ray) procedures as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare team members to ensure safe, effective treatments
- Operate advanced imaging equipment, with emphasis on GE OEC C-arms for various specialized surgical cases
- Provide compassionate care across a diverse patient demographic
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality
- Dress in provided facility scrubs, maintaining professional appearance at all times
