This 16-week travel opportunity in a Pre-Op/PACU unit offers substantial professional growth, allowing you to expand your clinical expertise alongside experienced, adaptive teams. Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating shifts
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- On-call required
Qualifications:
- Current Hawaii RN license (valid throughout the assignment)
- Minimum of 2 years’ full-time staff RN experience in Pre-Op, PACU, or both
- Required certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS (all current)
- Ability to complete compliance within 10 days prior to start
- Flexibility to float to areas of equal or lesser acuity as needed
- Maximum of 7 days of requested time off during the initial contract (Wednesday to Wednesday only)
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care for Pre-Op and PACU patients
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergent situations
- Participate actively in patient and family education
