Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
- Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license
- Valid BLS/HCP, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
- Must pass EKG test (80% or higher) during orientation
- Two or more years full-time staff Emergency nursing experience before any travel contracts
- Compliance documents due no later than 10 days prior to start date
- All credentials must remain valid through the contract period
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to patients in a high-acuity Emergency Department
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Rapidly assess, triage, and treat diverse and complex medical situations
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Adapt to evolving protocols and uphold highest patient safety standards
