What You’ll Do:

• Deliver coordinated, compassionate nursing care to CVICU patients or an assigned group
• Apply the nursing process and established standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams utilizing strong critical thinking and independent judgment
• Employ professional discretion and supervisory skills as you guide staff and manage patient care
• Adapt in fast-paced, complex patient care situations, promoting safety and quality

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Previous CVICU or critical care nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with multiple staff levels
• Strong communication, leadership, and assessment skills
• Capacity to manage high-acuity patients and excel under pressure
