Physical Therapist (Orthopedic PT)

Join a collaborative outpatient team in Minneapolis, delivering high-quality orthopedic care in a patient-focused clinic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced PTs looking for consistency, autonomy, and strong team support.

• Schedule: 5x8s • 40 hours/week
• Shift: Days • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call: None
• Weekends/Holidays: None
• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
• Assignment Type: Travel / Contract

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapy License
• Minimum 2 years of full-time PT experience (4,160 hours)
• Strong orthopedic background

• Knowledge of physical therapy theory, techniques, and orthopedic treatment methods
• Ability to operate and calibrate PT and orthopedic equipment
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to interpret physician orders, patient charts, and clinical documentation
• Experience with bandaging, wrapping, and therapeutic interventions
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and care teams
