This travel placement provides you with exposure to innovative cardiac and neuro-interventional procedures, letting you collaborate with diverse teams and learn advanced techniques. Schedule/Hours:
- Three 12-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday (variable start times: 6 am, 7 am, or 8 am)
- On-call requirement: One weekday night (5 pm–7 am)
- Every fourth weekend on-call (Friday 5 pm – Monday 7 am) and selective holidays
Qualifications:
- Active CT RN license
- Minimum of 3 years’ cardiac cath and/or EP lab experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in circulating in Cath, EP, and Neuro cases
- Preferred: CCRN, CI or CV RCIS certifications, neuro-interventional experience (Mechanical thrombectomy, Coiling, Pipeline, Embolizations), proficiency in monitoring and scrubbing Cath, EP, and Neuro cases
Responsibilities:
- Circulate, monitor, and scrub in a range of cardiac cath, electrophysiology, and advanced neuro-interventional cases
- Collaborate closely with physicians and technical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage on-call responsibilities seamlessly, demonstrating adaptability across evolving clinical scenarios
- Uphold best practice standards in patient care, utilizing critical thinking and effective communication
