Schedule/Hours:
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Variable start times between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm
- Participation in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation as required by the department
Qualifications:
- State of CT Radiographer license and/or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification through CCI
- Minimum 3 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab experience
- BLS and ACLS required
- Proficient in scrubbing EP procedures (ablations, device implants, generator changes, leadless pacing systems—Micra, Aveir preferred)
- Experience with cardiac catheterization (diagnostic, PCI, atherectomy), circulatory support devices (Impella, IABP), vascular access, sheath management, and closure devices
- Support of neurointerventional, peripheral vascular, and advanced interventional procedures
Preferred Experience:
- Licensed radiologic technologist skilled with Siemens platforms
- Advanced imaging technologies (ICE, IVUS, OCT, 3D mapping)
- Proficient in scrubbing structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, Watchman, etc.)
