Speech Language Pathologist in Philipsburg, PA

Make a direct impact on K-12 students by supporting communication development across elementary, middle, and high school environments. This contract role offers the chance to work with diverse student populations in a collaborative educational setting. You’ll manage a dynamic caseload split across three buildings and provide tailored speech and language services designed to help students thrive.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate and SLP Certificate required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with K-12 student populations in a school setting
• Comfortable providing both individual and group speech therapy services
• Strong organizational skills for managing caseload across multiple sites
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, educators, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high schools (three buildings)
• Manage a caseload that includes 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions each week (16 individual, 37 group)
• Maintain therapy schedules and documentation according to school and professional guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers and allied professionals to support student progress and IEP goals
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of communication disorders and challenges
• Track student progress, adjust interventions, and communicate outcomes with parents and teachers
