Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• Demonstrated experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and Medicaid billing is a plus
• Organizational skills and a strong sense of advocacy for students

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, according to student requirements
• Consult with teachers and families to support classroom communication strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
