This contract role is for the current school year and requires working onsite.Key responsibilities include: Delivering specialized instruction tailored to students with moderate to severe disabilities Collaborating with paraeducators or related service staff provided by the district Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet students learning goals Participating in ongoing training and professional development sessions Maintaining compliance with district policies and safety protocolsQualifications and experience sought: Valid Moderate to Severe Special Education teaching certification Prior experience working with elementary-aged students with significant learning needs Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment Willingness to engage in required onboarding steps, including fingerprinting and trainingLocation: Vallejo, CA (onsite at an elementary school)Job type: Full-time contract for the current school year Candidates will be interviewed promptly with decisions made within 48 hours of the interview.
