School Psychologist - Worcester, MA

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Massachusetts credentials to support students from pre-kindergarten through 4th grade at an elementary school in Worcester, MA. This contract role runs for the current school year and involves managing a caseload to provide behavioral assessments and interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Massachusetts BCBA certification required
• Experience working with PK-4th grade students
• Strong caseload management skills
• Familiarity with school-based behavioral support systems
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Deliver direct behavioral services to students within the specified grade levels
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
