Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current and valid certification/license for School Psychology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and best practices for students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and interpret results for students referred for academic, social-emotional, or behavioral concerns
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational and emotional needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer expertise on psychological and educational strategies
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as appropriate
