School Psychologist in Palatine, IL

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position seeks a skilled School Psychologist to provide crucial bilingual evaluation support across multiple district buildings. Job Type: Contract, Part-Time Onsite
Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:55 PM, up to 2 days per week
Job Duration: Full school year (NSY)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct bilingual psychological evaluations to assess students educational and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with district staff and families to support student success and compliance with educational standards.
• Interpret and communicate assessment results effectively to multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning based on psychological assessments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records consistent with district policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Illinois Psychologist License (IL Psych License)
• Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Proven experience conducting bilingual psychological assessments preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse student populations and school personnel
