Sunbelt is working with a school district near Wilmington, Massachusetts that has a job opening for a full time RBT to work in their school for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. The RBT will be working full time hours, Monday through Friday.
Job Qualifications:
- Must a high school diploma
- Reference from pervious supervisor
- Must have experience working with students with behavioral issues
- Previous experience working with students with special needs, particularly in a school setting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students.
- Knowledge of special education practices, principles, and strategies.
Job Details:
- Various openings for K- 12
- Onsite 9/5/2023 12/22/2023 (Potential to extend full year)
- Fulltime M-F
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, communicating relevant information to teachers and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment goals and strategies based on client needs
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and strategies to address specific skill deficits and challenging behaviors identified by the BCBA.
- Support students in generalizing skills across various school environments and activities, such as the classroom, cafeteria, playground, and transitions.
