Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Active WA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- ESA State Certification
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs with CCC welcome
- Demonstrated background in pediatric therapy, preferably in educational or healthcare settings
- Experience or interest in teletherapy is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy for elementary and preschool students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s success
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEPs and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and school-based initiatives
