What You’ll Bring:

• Valid California SLP License (required)
• CCC or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience in school-based SLP settings or healthcare and pediatrics
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels
• Dedication to providing high-quality speech and language services
• Comfort working in dynamic, multi-site assignments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver therapy sessions, track student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation and caseload reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and ongoing training opportunities
• Contribute to a supportive environment for students and staff alike
