What You’ll Bring:
- Valid California SLP License (required)
- CCC or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in school-based SLP settings or healthcare and pediatrics
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels
- Dedication to providing high-quality speech and language services
- Comfort working in dynamic, multi-site assignments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver therapy sessions, track student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation and caseload reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and ongoing training opportunities
- Contribute to a supportive environment for students and staff alike
