In this role, you’ll deliver direct speech and language services to elementary-aged learners across multiple school sites, ensuring each student receives personalized support. You’ll conduct thorough assessments, develop and manage individual caseloads, and be deeply involved in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP planning, and other administrative responsibilities, all within a flexible and accommodating schedule.

Key Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to obtain
• Completion of state-required background checks and fingerprinting before starting
• Demonstrated strengths in communication, organization, and collaboration
• Experience in pediatrics, healthcare, CCC, school-based, or CFY settings valued
• Familiarity or experience with teletherapy and hybrid service delivery

Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students across various school locations
• Perform evaluations and manage individualized caseloads
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and handle administrative documentation (with paid indirect hours)
• Coordinate and optimize itinerant schedules to meet students’ needs efficiently
