A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a middle school in West Salem, WI. This W2 contract role offers a flexible schedule with 25 hours per week, ideal for a dedicated professional committed to supporting students communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to middle school students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Prepare progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families to support student success
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Wisconsin SLP-CCC License required
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and best practices
- Ability to deliver teletherapy services is a plus but not mandatory
