What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional position at Sunbelt Staffing?
We are seeking dedicated educational support professionals to work with students across K-12 school settings. Opportunities are available at the Elementary School, Middle School, and High School. This is a full-time role reflecting the school bell schedule. Traditional school schedule included in the contract, Monday through Friday for 32.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide classroom and student support under the direction of school staff.
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Support classroom management and daily routines.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working with students and staff.
Ideal Candidate
• Experience working with children or students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow school policies and procedures.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Passion for supporting student success.
Additional Information
• Multiple school sites available throughout the district.
• Placement will be determined based on district needs and candidate experience.
• Toileting is an expectation of all support staff to be willing to assist.

Requirements
Candidate has to be highly qualified by ONE of the following:
1. Pass MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Must pass MN Para Educator Exam)
2. Have at least 60 college credits, attach college transcripts to present. A picture of degree does NOT suffice.
