High School Middle School School Psychologist in Duluth, MN

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Valid and current Minnesota licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive educational spaces
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
• Offer direct and consultative services to support students’ academic achievement and social-emotional wellness
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, and supportive counseling as needed
• Help create a safe, inclusive climate through staff training, program development, and advocacy for students’ needs
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal educational requirements
