Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
- Valid and current Minnesota licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive educational spaces
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Offer direct and consultative services to support students’ academic achievement and social-emotional wellness
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
- Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, and supportive counseling as needed
- Help create a safe, inclusive climate through staff training, program development, and advocacy for students’ needs
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal educational requirements
