Make a difference in students’ lives as a Health/Physical Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year! This contract opportunity offers the chance to impact young minds across both middle and high school grade levels. Beginning on August 31, 2026, and concluding June 7, 2027, you’ll enjoy a dynamic schedule at .7 FTE, allowing for great work-life balance throughout the academic year.

You’ll split your time between two campuses: engaging high school students in three Beginning Weights classes as well as Nutrition, and guiding middle schoolers in both an advisory setting and a dedicated section of Personal Wellness. If you’re eager to inspire healthy habits and active lifestyles, your skills are in high demand!

Desired Background:

• Minnesota teaching license in General Education or Health Education (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous teaching experience is highly preferred, especially in Health, Nutrition, PE, or Wellness
• Comfortable instructing both middle and high school age groups
• Excellent classroom management and communication abilities
• Creative lesson-planning and enthusiasm for promoting lifelong health
• Adaptability and collaboration skills for a split-campus environment

• Fostering a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere
